Whenever and wherever in Korea, if you encounter communicative problems with Korean, you just need to call 1588-5644(no area code is necessary), then you will be connected to one of the bbb volunteer interpreters. It doesn’t matter where you are as it covers all over the Korea. 

· Whenever: 24hours / 7 days
· Wherever: Airport, Restaurant, Drugstore, Hospital, Taxi, Hotel, Tourist Place, Shopping Mall, Market etc. anywhere in Korea

If you don’t have a mobile phone in Korea, just show a bbb card to any Korean, so that he/she can help you by their mobile phone. 

※ bbb cards are available at the airport, subway and the tourist information centers for free.
